Currently, we service the Des Moines, Ames, and surrounding areas, but are always expanding to new areas! If you are wanting services provided but are not in the area, feel free to reach out to us! We Would love to hear where we should expand our services to next.
Yes! Every pet sitter goes through a background check and then is insured and bonded. We know how important it is to have the right person taking care of your pets, so we only hire people we would trust with our own animals!
First of all, before any services, we send our pet sitter team to your house for a FREE Meet & Greet with you and your pets. We will go over some basic pet care questions, and make sure we are the right fit for your family. What is special about our service is you will be assigned a primary and a backup pet sitter so you don’t have to worry about last minute cancelations.
